Instant Maifesting Techniques
A few weeks ago I was reading an article in Sedona magazine. The article was entitled “The Power of Thank You by P’taah through Jani King”.
P’taah was talking about the difference between affirmations and thank you’s.
The thing he said that really struck a chord in me was,
“Affirmations are often said in the terror that they are not true”.
I know from a personal point, I have said affirmations like,
“I am slim and beautiful and weigh 125 lbs”,
Well, my psyche hops right up and sasses me back real quick.

However, if I change the affirmation to a “Thank you” the “P’taah” way it goes
something like this and feels real to me.
“I am thankful for every step closer to being slim and I am thankful for the
inner and outer beauty that I have”

Boy, that feels good- can you see the difference?
A thank you is a more energetically aligned way of getting what you want.
I was so impressed with the wisdom of P’taah that I went to the website,

When the material arrived, I eagerly began reading.
The information just resonated with me so beautifully.
One of the things that impressed me so much is that P’taah used some
of the very same words that my angel guide Gabriella had said to me earlier.

My daughter Alyssa, who is only 13 year old, started reading some of
the material and just loved it!
When you can get your 13 year old interested in reading information from
a non-physical Being of Light, well, that is something to get anybody’s attention.

A few nights later, I was drifting off to sleep, I sent a silent message to
P’taah and said “P’taah, I would like to speak with you”.
Then I just went to sleep.

I thought perhaps, I might get some wisdom in a dream but no…
The next time I checked my e-mail there was a letter from the person who
makes appointments for P’taah.
It said “For some reason, I keep thinking you want a session with P’taah. Do you?”

The amazing thing about this manifestation is that I did not contact the
office of P’taah and ask for a session, they contacted me out of the blue.

So, I had to ask myself, how in the world did I manifest this contact with
P’taah as quickly as I thought it?

Because, dear friends, if I can manifest it once, I want to know what I did right so
I can do it again. Not only that, I want to teach you,
my wonderful readers how you can do it too.
Hmmm… so what was I feeling as I was making my request to P’taah?
I realized I made my request from the energy of appreciation.
That evening as I was drifting off to sleep I was thinking
“Wow, I really appreciate the wisdom of P’taah.

I just LOVE this thank you stuff. I am so grateful that my daughter Alyssa wants
to read the wisdom of P’taah, for it is very deep, spiritual wisdom
and will help her throughout her life”.
I was also grateful because the wisdom was giving me ideas to help my clients.
So as I was asking to speak to P’taah, I was in a profound state of gratitude.
I think we may be on to something really big here.
What if we could get ourselves into a state of gratitude or appreciation
BEFORE we asked for what we wanted?
I believe that we would see a lot more “instant manifestation”.

Now what happens when you don’t feel any appreciation?
We have the great tool of EFT or TAT to help us move that energy.
So, instead of beating yourself up because you don’t have what you want now,
use the energy therapy to increase your appreciation.
A word of caution, the greatest block to getting what you want is the simple thought
“THAT IS NOT ENOUGH”.
When the universe starts to bless you, it’s like a test sometimes to see how you
align your energy with it. If you think the improvement it is not enough,
that is the surest way to guarantee that it is not enough.

In the session, I asked P’taah about answering my request so quickly.
I told him I thought it was because I was so much into the energy

Of course I was so eager to hear what this RECIPE for
instant manifestation was.
Here is the recipe as given to me by P’taah.
The Recipe for Instant manifestation
1. Get into the energy of appreciation.
(It can be appreciation about anything, just get there)
The fact that I was drifting off to sleep added to the power.
2. The state between sleeping and waking is a powerful place to be when
asking for something you really want.

3. Let it go…
Have no attachment to the outcome of the request.
Sure, I wanted to talk to P’taah but I was not desperate about it. I simply asked in a nonchalant sort of way.
I encourage you to try the recipe for yourself and see what
wonders you create.

As I drift off to sleep, I thank you God for all the things I enjoyed.
I thank you for those I did not get to enjoy, because there is a reason for not having the things I want now. I thank you for this reason, and I thank you for not knowing it, because its ignorance frees me from the burden of expecting. I thus release want from my life. I have everything I need either today and tomorrow, and I trust you to give me it at exactly the right time. I thank you for this Divine timing.
I ask for joyful abundance of all good people and things in my life.
I ask for all the light and strength to come to me tonight.
If I am to know what I should do to make these requests and wishes come about, let me know in the morning to act on it, for the afternoon is too late and allow me to remember it. Let it shine in front of me so that I will know the difference.

Thanks for the tips on manifesting. I like how you changed the affirmation. I was using them but my mind was like, “…yeah, right.” I like how you changed so you come from a place of thank you and gratitude. I modified the affirmation you gave above for financial abundance, and I feel better about it. The mind wasn’t going, “…yeah, right.”
On another note about manifesting…I recently had a past life regression which helped open me up. I was able to clear a lot of clutter. I’ve had a new insight since last Friday (Sept. 23).

This is so….what can I say? Yesterday I was feeling grateful that I have a husband who works hard to support me and our children and never asked me to “go to work”. I was “asking” for a mentor to guide me through establishing my business as an information gatherer and provider to millions of people asking for alternatives to western medicine. I know about so many healing modalities, the newest being EFT, and hunger for more everyday. I love to share them with enthusiasm, but have never been able to make any money.
After years of education in Classical Homeopathy, I have successfully treated many people and animals WITHOUT BEING PAID. I am working half-heartedly with EFT to change my perception of my worth. I want to succeed in bringing healing change to my life and countless others, but don’t know how.
The last time I asked the universe for help learning EFT, I found a group for $5 that taught us the basics in 3 hours. We tapped on and for each other. My intuition with the words and the issues surprised me and the instructor, who then offered all her older EFT Course videos to me! She continues to call me asking if I am charging for my services yet. You can guess my answer. I believe that until I really stop feeling like a child that NEEDS to be taken care of, and feel like a contributing adult when it comes to my earning potential, I will remain stuck. I am nowhere near being helpless in other areas of my life. I manifested a natural cure for my daughter’s multiple sclerosis and saw her through it. I manifested our first home right after getting married. I manifested a great husband after a nightmarish relationship (married 30 years now). The list goes on. But the wounds must run deep when it comes to my self worth and making money.
I have a domain name (have had several over the years), but am intimidated about building a website and don’t have the finances to pay someone. Since I take care of all the finances, I am constantly reminded of what we don’t have and must police my family’s spending. I AM SO READY TO CHANGE ALL THAT! You came along on Gary’s EFT site today with the steps to building an EFT business. A beginning. A kick in the butt. Thank you for that. I will continue to ask and remember to accept the stepping stone answers along the way. Tonight I will ask for help to resolve my issues with getting paid for my services, while appreciating the knowledge I have accumulated.
