Isis LOVES to see you dance and have a good time, so this seminar is geared towards that.
The exercises we do in the seminar will have you so “High” that you will need to do something carnal (like dance) to bring yourself back to earth a little.
Feb 2 and 3
Class hours 11 AM -7PM both days
(so you can dance at night, sleep in and still be fresh in class)
I suggest you come a day early and stay later if possible. You will fall in love with the island!

Shuttle: Make your shuttle reservations ahead of time- It’s 25 one way, 40 for round trip.
There are two different services depending upon which airport you fly into.
Flying into Harlingen Texas? http://www.southpadreshuttle.com/ It’s 25 one way, 40 for round trip
I do NOT recommend that you fly into Brownsville. The shuttle takes forever. Harlingen is a much better option.

Dress: It will be chilly in Feb.
Plus, I will keep the meeting room cool, so bring a long sleeve shirt or jacket to “layer”.
You may want beach clothes. Sometimes it warms up nicely even in Feb.
Isla Grand has an awesome band playing for dancing., so bring something cute to dance in (very casual). Basically, think casual, and more casual.
