Knowing that much of our food is raised/slaughtered in inhumane conditions… I say this prayer over my food.

Gluten Free says, “I love you”…I just FEEL Better eating gLuten free.

It’s not just the animals that are sometimes treated inhumanely. No, we chemically alter our crops to produce more, faster.

Food winds up having less nutrition, plus… it’s very stressful for the plants

Even though I strive to consume only humanely raised foods you just can’t always tell what food you’re really eating.
(Unless you grow it yourself)

This is my prayer of Blessing,

Dear Food,
On behalf of all humanity I ask forgiveness for all the ways you have been dishonored.
I ask all the pain energies to be transmuted with love and respect.

I honor you for sacrificing yourself so that I may be fed.
I am thankful for the nutrition you are providing and the part of the circle of life that you are.

Thank you, Thank you, and Thank you
It’s important NOT to get into hatred energy towards those who are being inhuman. That will only make conditions worse.

Instead “see” a world where all life is honored.
