Last night, I had crazy dreams all night long!

All Night Long…

Although that’s not unusual for me… what WAS unusual was the constant yammering of Spirit about what to DO with the dreams.

“Send healing energy to that snippet of your dream, send healing energy to all the parallel universes where some part of you is existing… send healing energy to all your past lives.

Send healing to all that had anything to do with this snippet of dream.”

Spirit continued (on and on)…

“You see, Rebecca, your dreams are great opportunities to send healing energy out to those parts of yourself that need healing. It is especially effective to do this in your drowsy state when your resistance is low”

Spirit goes on…

Further, your dream snippets are lead-ins for healing that is needed- it doesn’t matter if you understand the symbolism, just send the healing energy. Command it and it is so!”

The problem is that we spend too much time trying to figure out and decipher our dreams- what good does that do? Really?

Spirit is encouraging us to FIRE-off the healing energy without analyzing it to death!

(Can I get an amen?)

It’s been over two years that Ascended Master Sananda, appeared to me…live and in the flesh.

(Scared the pee pee right out of me as it was 4 AM, in my bedroom. I just couldn’t figure out how a grown man got in the house, up the stairs and into my room at that hour!)

Took me a moment to realize, He was a spirit.

He looked like a rock-solid, handsome man to me!

Smelled Divine too!

Anyways…Sananda wanted me to teach about the importance of directing our nocturnal travels. He wanted me to tell you that it’s time to stand in spiritual authority and start directing where we want to go at night and what we want to learn.

*This is based on the teaching that we leave our bodies at night and travel via a silver cord, to other dimensions for a purpose.

I did teach about Directing Nocturnal travel a few times… and even made a video.

However, this latest episode brings this teaching back with a different light.

Start speaking words of healing when you have any dreams- no matter how silly they seem.

How to Do it:

When you have any snippet of a dream- right there in your drowsy state if possible…say (out loud or mentally) “I send healing energy to that situation, to all my parallel lives, past lives, present and future experiences. “

You may include others in your commands if you wish. It is important that you realize you should ask for your own healing first. This is coming up for you to learn from, to heal from. Heal yourself and you will heal others…automatically.

I know this is getting long, but… do you want to know some snippets of my dreams I sent healing too?

In one dream, I was in a restaurant. I was worried because my baby was not with me. It was Alyssa, my daughter (now 22- see photo)

In my drowsy state I directed healing…

I sent love to her and  to all the times I have felt anxiety to all my children. I sent healing to me in parallel universes, past lives, present and future.

I drowsed back off…same dream. My husband finally arrived at the restaurant with my baby (I had a husband in the dream) However, he brought her in with a really stinky, poopy diaper!

Very annoyed at him… I went from room to room looking for a clean place to change her in. Finally I found one and was angry to see that the poop was old- he surely smelled it and was too lazy to change her!

Heavy duty on the healing I had to send for this one!

Healing for all the times I was annoyed and blaming of men in my life who were not doing their part. Healing of feeling like a bad mother, healing of anxiety that I could not find a clean place for my child…on and one it went. I sent healing to every parallel version of self and child.

You would think the dream would end…but no. I went right back in. Now Alyssa had a clean diaper but the waitress was a mess.

She had long beautiful, golden hair.

She would put it up, then take it down. When she took it down, she got lots of compliments and even better tips because it looked so pretty. However, she would drag it through food and drinks because it was too long.

Last image I had, she dragged that beautiful hair through some coffee I had spilled. I watched, in horror as that beautiful mane turned brown as it absorbed the coffee like a thirsty sponge.

You can imagine the healings I had to send after that snippet.

Healing to all my parallel existence where I couldn’t decide what to do.

Times where I tried to please others in order to make a living.

Times where I was afraid to let my self be comfortable…on and on.

There were more snippets that I cannot remember. I do remember that this night was a journey with spirit that I will never forget. Every night does not have to be a “super-dream”- however, I admonish you to begin to send healing to yourself in all of your parallel existences.

Because I am the messenger, I sometimes go through intense experiences.

It was as if an angel was right beside my bed just waiting for me to rouse myself enough to hear the voice of Spirit. (BTY… Gabriel is laughing)

Belin (golden hair) pointed out that I have a daughter (also golden haired) that is a waitress. She says the dream is about all of us.(probably true) I still say…the point is NOT to get caught up in analyzing the dreams, but to send healing to them.

I do hope I sent healing out in every directions, to all the parts of me…and that includes all my children.
