Kali Likes This!
The Goddess Kali wants to show us Her tender side.(and Her sense of Fashion…?)
Most know Kali Mata as the Hindu Goddess of destruction, yet, She only wants to help “destroy” those obstacles that keep you from being who you authentically are. You can ask Kali to gently show you how to transform your own barriers to greatness…I think you will be surprised at how tenderly Kali will assist you.
The way you ask for help has a lot to do with your results. If you are assuming that her help will be “something fierce”, it surely will!
I am surprised myself to see how gently She has been guiding me.
I have agreed to “breathe in Kali essence” everyday and be attuned to Her guidance both for myself and for you.
Last night, I was going dancing with my daughter, Belin and I was planning to wear something “tame” (as befitting a spiritual teacher?)
“No, no, no!” I heard Kali shout, “wear those snakeskin pants you have been hiding in the closet for 3 years!” (seriously, I had gotten a pair of snakeskin-looking pants and never had the nerve to wear them) “Top it off with that off-the-shoulder flashy top and a pair of gold high-heels!”

Well, what could I say…what Kali wants…Kali gets! I gotta admit, it was fun to go out looking like the “Queen of the eighties”
I can’t wait to see what else the great Kali has in store for all of us in this month of August.

Another name for Kali is Shakti and Shakti is my goddess for the year. Every year, our belly dance teacher has a halfa (party) and we meet and eat and dance and pick a goddess to be with us and protect us for the year, so I’m loving all this Kali energy that you are sharing with us. Thanks so much, and by the way, you look just bling!!!
