Help for Blood Pressure

Have you considered meditation as an unusual solution for High Blood pressure?

I have had measurable results with myself and with others using a brief meditation.

Once my mothers bloodpressure was so high, she was in danger of stroke. I did a simular meditation with her and lowerd it over 20 points within minutes!

This is not meant to be a substitute for medical care but…it can’t hurt.

Measure your blood pressure before doing this meditation and then again a few minutes afterward. I think you will be pleasantly surprized and  encouraged. Please do this as often as you like…very enjoyable!

Holding the Heart Point Technique Pose makes the meditation even more effective. Calms all the accupressure points related to stress.

The meditation below helps as well. Although, it is not targeted specifically for blood pressure the calming influence does the trick. I have done this exact meditation to myself while holding the Heart Point Technique positions and had very good results!

    Hi !!!! Ok this is strange. Today I was having a small anxiety episode…. And due to that my blood pressure goes up. Ok so I was in bed sad and talking to my angels asking for help … The next thing I open my email and find this meditation….. I think if was send to me by you…. Thanks.
