I have a big resistance to action. I love to do things and am good at a lot of things but when it comes down to making my business go forward or completing my daily duties, or doing things that make me feel serious find something else to do and procrastinate. I have a lot of work to do to build my face painting shop on my website or advertising my massage practise but I am dragging and hoping someone will relieve me of this reality. Can you help me?
I agree, focusing on life’s joys is key to making more joy–what you send out comes back–give more to get more-help others and forget about self
