Help us sell our house

Dear Mother Azna,

Last March we purchased a 2nd home that we renovated by using all our equity from our primary mortgage. The profit and our equity will be used to fund my son’s college education this fall so we really need to cash out rather than rent it.

We didn’t anticipate this economic turn and are going deeper and deeper into debt paying 2 mortgages and other expenses. I’m very concerned we won’t have the needed college money this fall without this sale.

We have had positive interest and even had an offer several months ago that fell through. It seems we get close, but no sale. Despite my tapping I swing form hopeful to fearful.

I’m ready to just take a big loss so we can get out form under the mortgage payment. Please ask Mother Azna if we need to lower the price or do anything to get this house sold quickly?

Dear Desperate Homeowner.

Do not lower the price of your home- it is very competitive and well worth what you are asking. There is already a perfect buyer for it.

Please take the same advice I gave for “worried sick” and do the energy exercise for desperation.

Please do the healing work and then focus on your son being happy in college and you feeling light and unburdened. Don’t beat yourself up for choosing to get the house either- you did the right thing.

Because of this, someone will have a lovely home and you will have learned a lot. You are an inspiration to others.
