In the Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) of Psychology, staying present in the moment is called MINDFULNESS. As I learn mindfulness, I practice for the 2 minutes it takes to brush my teeth. I stay fully present and use my five senses to see, hear, touch, smell and taste the sensations that I am experiencing in the moment. I trust to increase these moments of mindfulness as I continue to grow.

Yes to the wisdom of staying present in the present moment. That is a healing in itself 🌱🌈💗
