Tragedy at my house

I hesitated to write about this thinking it might  cause you sadness and outrage…
but then I thought…Maybe this story will help others and wind up doing some good.

Yes!

The last few months of my life have been the absolute BEST months of my life!
After years of being single I manifested the most wonderful, supportive husband in the world. Our wedding was bliss and our life together has been too!
A couple months ago- we got a new next-door neighbor. (Lets call her Sue)
I went to make friends with Sue and she seemed nice. She did have ONE thing that bothered both my husband Thomas and I.
She has FIVE dogs in her small house (plus 2 grownup children)

Two of the dogs are over 70 pounds each. (They seem a pit bull mix)

Sue would sometimes leave the 2 big ones outside all day with no shade or water.

~

One day, I was watering the yard and they were trying to slurp droplets thru the fence. So, Of course, I put the hose all the way thru a small crack in the fence to give them water.
Thomas talked to the neighbor lady about it- we don’t like to see any dog neglected- even if it was unintentional.

~

Well, the dogs started crashing through our fence to get in our yard.
They busted thru the other sides too and got in other peoples yard.  Fortunately we were always home when they burst thru and they did not attack or dogs. (We have my rescue darling mutt Tobias and 2 little chihuahuas Lacy and Zoe.)

The big dogs  did terrorize another neighbor lady to our back fence. They got into  another neighbor with 2 little kids and scared them!  (They kept getting out)

Each time, Thomas would talk to the lady- she did not seem to care.

Sadly yesterday, my husband and I returned from doing some errands. We could not find Tobias… our two little chihuahuas came running to greet us but no Tobias.
I looked in every room- even upstairs upstairs thinking… Maybe he got trapped in a bedroom somewhere.

~

No Tobias.

My husband Thomas went out to the backyard. He came back in the house with a look of dread on his face.

He said… “Rebecca, Tobias is dead, they have killed your dog!”

I looked at him in horror thinking… NO! it can’t be true.
Apparently the two big dogs had used their heads as battering rams and broken through our newly-repaired fence (repaired form the LAST time!)
Tobias was trying to defend his yard and the 2 little ones. There was still a gapping hole in our fence. The neighbor lady KNEW because she had tried to put a trash can to block the opening!

Thomas was steaming and went to confront the neighbor! I was crushed and in shock and all I could do was cry in disbelief!

Sue said…”Well I saw them with blood all over their faces but I thought maybe they got a possum!”

We did call the law and they cited Sue…it did NOT bring my baby back to me! (I wish Sue no harm, nor the dogs, but they are killers)
However, this incident MAY save another pet somewhere or even harm to the little children.

~

So, I just sat in grief a couple days…then I remembered- Oh shoot, I can talk to anybody or any animal on the ‘Other side’.
You know, sometimes when you are in shock…you forget WHO you are!

So I sat down, tapped for balance, and started a conversation with Tobias on the other side.

I wrote a letter to Tobias thanking him for being my dog, and for  the good  time we had together.

~

I even said, “Tobias I know you probably feel like you never got as much loving as you wanted.
(Because if you know anything about dogs, they never seem to get enough loving. They love to be petted, and peted some more!)
I told Tobias how he kept me such good company. and how much I loved and appreciated him- he was settling in with our new family situation (2 new sisters) and seemed very happy!

I tuned in and allowed Tobias to speak to me…here’s word- for -word, what he said.

“Missy. I always thought of you as Missy.
You were so good to me in my eyes.
Living with you was so much better than being in the shelter.
Yes, and so much better than being in the house with my first owner.

There the young boy was very mean to me.

He would hurt me and laugh.
He was so sneaky at it. He never got caught.”
Then Tobias surprised me with this next news…

“I have been your pet in other lifetimes and even once in this lifetime.

Remember when you were about seven years old, and your family had a dog named Bullet?

 That was me.

I saved your little brother Phillip from being hit by a car. Remember that story? Your two year old brother got away from momma and wandered out to a busy highway. I circled around him stopping traffic on both sides until your mom arrived to save him!

I knew it was time for me to go this time.

I even transferred the thought to you. You did not cause the accident. If I had not sacrificed for myself. Those dogs would have maimed those two little kids next door.

They are bloodthirsty dogs.

It is not their fault. It is in their blood to kill. The lady who has them now… does not know their history. (She rescued them from somewhere)
They were encouraged to fight and kill by the owner before her.
All Sue knows …is that she rescued them.
I will see you on the other side. For I will not returned again for you in this lifetime.

Thank you for rescuing me and giving me a good life.

You are in good hands with your new companion. He will protect and serve you well.” (Tobias is referring to my new husband, Thomas)
Tobias, I queried, I am so heartsick at the thought of how you dies and concerned that you suffered!

Tobias replied… “It was so quick. I was out of my body before I felt the first pain.

I was so full of adrenaline… I felt brave,  I was sticking up for the two little girls.

(He’s speaking of our two little tiny Chihuahuas.)

Tobias continues. I’m at peace. And we will see each other again, when the time is right. I will not come back to you in this lifetime.
Having this conversation with Tobias greatly relieved my grief.
I was so glad to hear that he leaped out of his body BEFORE he felt the pain.
~
Now, I am doing energy work on the two little ones who were in the backyard. Lacy is afraid to use the doggie door to do her business. I am doing a special healing technique on them which I will share with YOU soon!

~

So, if you have lost a pet, please know that they are never truly gone- you can still contact them on the other side.

This entire incident prompts me to put my “4 week Animal Communication Audio course” on sale for those who need it. It will take you step-by step in communication with ANY pet or animal in this realm- or the other side.
Love, Rebecca
