GAS IS 139!

 WOW! How wonderful, gas is down to 139 in my hometown of McAllen Texas. it was 144 last time I filled up. Beautiful Alyssa

My baby daughter Alyssa had her 17Th birthday last week.

 

For her gift, she wanted to see Abraham. She has been going to see Abraham every year on her birthday for 3 years now.

(We had to get special permission the first time)

I am so fortunate to have children who embrace spirituality. MY youngest son, 14, wants to go see Patch Adams and Miguel Ruiz in March.

I did not pig out on Thanksgiving!

Whoa! yesterday was Thanksgiving here in the USA>

I made an intention to be very satisfied yet not overstuff.

I took my enzymnes and the Absolute Cleanse (A product with fiber and herbs) and ate about 1/3 less than usual.

It was good to go to bed feeling great instead of like an overstuffed turkey!

 

This was such a stress free day. Usually I make this HUGE over the top feast and have to have it ready at a certain time… This year, my husband volunteered to BBQ- so we had steak instead.

My daughter and I went back to our favorite little place for breakfast. Sweet Temptations in McAllen Texas.

Sure as shootin’ the awesome waiter J.C. Zuniga, came over and already had my coffee ready.

Why is JC Zuniga a great waiter?

Because he is fully present; he pays attention and really does care about the people he is serving.

 

JC remembers my name and what I like just the way I like it.

The Best waiter in the world

My daughter, Belin and I have this special place we like to go for breakfast. it is called Sweet Temptations in McAllen Texas. There is a waiter there who is just awesome!

He called me by name after only going there a couple times- he knows what I want and starts bringing it even before i ask!

Yesterday, I said to him (Jessee) "You have to be the best waiter in the whole world!"

He just beamed and kept on being great!
