HPT (Heart Point Technique) is a new heart-centered technique that Mother Azna revealed to me because I asked from a place of knowing (and a little bit desperate) She would deliver.
That was Wed Feb 18, 2009. This day will go down in history as the day HPT Heart Point Technique was born.
Q. How does HPT work?
A. HPT works by awakening the bliss you experienced before you got here. HPT prepares you for deeper healing and can be used to “charge” your hands with healing power. HPT also “awakens” the wisdom already housed in your heart’s cellular memory.

Here’s some feedback from Sunday’s session:
1. Some fear arose about putting my hand over my crown chakra during the preparation, (now I know it was unfounded) as if I would “cut off” the flow of energy – why didn’t we touch this point as we did the others?
2. My timing felt a bit off, as my healed vision was coming during the time you were acknowledging the old feelings.
3. I used the thumb in the armpit technique and found it worked well – then put my other hand over that one to cradle my heart.
4. That night I found my heart quite open – to the point that I had a hard time carving up a roast chicken – poor bird!
5. The next day, my left chest muscles were sore… I did feel a greater calm and peace and contentment with “what is.”
Thank you for sharing such a wonderful technique. I look forward to hearing the audio, which I have purchased, so I can practice with different issues. Out of great stress, a new Gift was born – isn’t that a lesson for these times!

I was very surprised, to say the least, at the marvelous healing that I woke up with this morning! I was certainly not expecting that, since the class was basically about healing money issues. However, the mother/womb issue we worked with yesterday-Sunday, helped me overcome a huge obstacle to my healing … and I didn’t even know about it until we worked with this on the call. And like one of the other comments, an entity or two that had gained access to me during a head injury a few years back, took off and as of my morning meditation, I finally feel I’m wholly back in my body! WHAT A BLESSING HPT is! No other healing modality had accomplished this. Thank you for all the “work” you do with Mother Azna to bring this information to us!

Rebecca, you have once again TOPPED yourself. The HPT class was awesome. My husband had to work the day of the class (he is a snow ski instructor), so I rode up to the ski resort with him and skied around a bit before your class. Then when the class started, I sat in our vehicle to listen, and wait for my husband. He got finished teaching his student just as your class was over – And when he got in the vehicle he handed me $40. His student had given him a $40 tip – which a big tip for only one student. I feel that the big tip was due to your class – and WOW – did that technique work quickly!! Thanks for all you do. You are AWESOME!!

During the step in HPT when we ask “what is my story?” I’d like to know:
For those people who are not very visual (i.e. they don’t see a vision or an image of, for example, man walking down a dusty road) and/or for those who simply do not possess the confidence that they do indeed have the answers within — what suggestions can you give to help them know that they can receive their desired information about their stories?

Thanks for the new information last night. I’m wondering if you have any advice for using HPT surrogately for my 8 year old daughter, Lucy, who 3 months ago started seeing a ghost in her bedroom at nigh. We have had some clearing work done and I think the spirit may well now have moved on – at least it hasn’t been sighted recently – but Lucy remains very scared to be alone at night and unable to sleep without calling me in to be with her whenever she wakes up. She also insists that I stay with her until she falls asleep. Obviously this also has some secondary gain for her, as she gets to have a lot of snuggly time with her mummy…. so there may be a part of her that is resistant to getting things back to how they were, which my husband and I would dearly love to do. How can I help her to feel safe and secure on her own and to be able to sleep the night through, instead of this very nervous, disturbed sleep pattern she has developed. We are all, as you can probably imagine, exhausted!

I enjoyed the second HPT teleclass and want to practise it. The time for me in India was 2.30 a.m. to 4.30 a.m. on the 23rd. Was able to hear most of the webcast then a popup appeared at 4.10 a.m. saying that the programme had to shut down because of an error.
I sat on clicking the two possible players but nothing came up.Broadband here sometimes “hangs” and that seemed to be happening.
Like Winnifred who left a comment on the 19th my credit cards were rejected as out of date when they were perfectly all right. The site also made a U.S. state mandatory in my address. Not possible with an Indian address or I suppose with one in all other countries. The result was that I couldn’t order the transcript I wanted and would not have been able to hear the telecast but for your kindness in inviting me as your guest.
A question: Can HPT heal physical problems?

Rebecca, Knowing your story of what you’ve gone through this week to bring us another awesome webcast, I was thrilled to be at the “birth” or rather the first time visitors could come and see the “baby”. I enjoyed Saturday sooo much that I came back for Sunday and sooo glad I did. Though each day was covering the same topic, there deffinitely new information. I am looking forward to the transcript.
QUESTION ~ today there was a point, I believe when we were doing Fear of Success, and the forgiveness statement, I had a tailender..what do you suggest would be best? In EFT obviously we do the Karate Chop. I said to myself wo just do it now and move on, but again, in EFT sometimes you have to really spend a little extra time on those “tailenders”
QUESTION ~ how much time do you think is best to schedule a session for this technique? It’s similar to hynotherapy, in the scense of really having to go into the imagery process and some people are not comfortable with this.

When we were doing the HPT exercise asking for stories from our ancestors I saw a slender man in a small farm field – I sensed he was my great grandfather – and as he worked the soil with his hoe, he was feeling “there’s never enough” (to provide adequately for his family) and it struck me what a low vibrational thought/feeling that was – I immediately realized that I need to consistently focus on having high vibrational thoughts and feelings to help me release the poverty consciousness I inherited.

Listening to the conversations today before class, I realized that I would also like the transcript in addition to the audio which I had previously ordered so I went ahead and ordered the transcripts. You do not have to go through the bother and probably additional expense of offering a refund for this… I am sure the 5 extra dollars are will worth it (besides, I’m rich, right?!!)
I have been doing the 30 Angel Steps to Prosperity Workbook (and have even managed to give myself permission to not do it in 30 days!) I like doing the Heart Healing meditation that Raphael offers on Day 5 very much and I see that it is related to HTP that has just “been born”. I am grateful to have had the preparation time of the last few weeks with Raphael’s suggestion. Now when I do it- I think I will add the visualization of the dynamics of the Higher self point. And use the consolidation point to conclude the meditation with an essence if one comes forth or at least with the affirmation of the success of the meditation.
In regards to HTP specifically: What course can be taken if there seems to be too many issues flood in, even if the exercise is premeditated with the request for information that is useful for just today? What can be done/said to help focus in on the core issue?
Also, a long time ago, I once heard a spiritual teacher say that he never uses the work “release” because syntactically, it says: re- lease, to renew a lease! I hadn’t thought of that before, and wish I hadn’t – because it still sticks with me. I do believe that intent is more important than the word, however, it still bugs me and I find myself- re phrasing it to “letting go” Do you feel that there is anything to shying away from the word or do I just need to let go of this hitch?

I just finished two days of the HPT and today was even more powerful for me than yesterday. I totally like the idea of giving something tangible in addition to heart energy. For example, I saw my mother win the lottery (“childhood story”), and the new keyword was “joy.” It felt great.
I was not quite able to completely release my “womb story”, which was: “there is no room for her.” And the interesting thing is that my “fear of success story” is that “I’ll be visible,” which felt like it went back to my womb story. I can see images. I saw woman by river (ancestral) feeling sad. Then woman with basket of food comes from woods and they all sit down to eat and woman has big kettle in fireplace serving out soup.
In womb. my mother was waiting for money to come, bill collectors bothering her. Later she was happy when money came.
No specific thing came from childhood money issues.
Success issues, envy and jealousy from others. I sent healing to those issues.
Today’s call I enjoyed turquoise color being the color of money. Happens to be the favorite color in my wardrobe. Someone told me once it was the “new age” color because it was mix of heart (green) and throat (blue) chakras. I look forward to the transcript and recording. Thank you Rebecca for these classes!

I had trouble visualizing/imagining/seeing the story. I seem to be completely blocked. I couldn’t tune into my ancestors so I had nothing to work on or visualize. Likewise with the womb exercise. I know some things about my ancestors and about my mother’s state when I was in the womb, so I tried to go with that knowledge and envision it, but still nothing. Did anyone else have this problem? What can I do if I don’t get any images in my head?

Today I worked with my own daughter for the surrogate portion. I started to work with my ex-husband and felt very strongly to work with my daughter instead.
She tends to take on too much stuff that others are really responsible for and feels overwhelmed at times.
I got a sense of something going in her heart and worked to move that energy.
The baby steps Rebecca suggested for Sherry’s son felt right for Sylvia as well. I did change it to as much or as little as you want so baby or even giant steps if desired.

Exceptional experience in all areas! I would encourage everyone to attend today’s class. My ancestors are free now. I experienced a tremendous emotional release concerning the wound and childhood.
I was the oldest of five children. And the realization of the role I played growing up was I understood mommy had to pay more attention to the younger ones. And I should understand that because I was the oldest.
I saw this little five year old girl walking around the house and playing alone. Yesterday I felt the true feelings of how I felt growing up. Alone, neglected and without.
And I did have a loving family they were just very busy.
I cried so hard for that little girl inside. She wanted so much for
attention but she was always told to be good. It was kind of like doing the things my parents expected of me left them more time with the other children.

Amazing Experience with HPT 2/21 – Fear of Success
I have taken some of your teleclasses and most with interesting and great results and experiences. But what happened this afternoon was quite dramatic for me.
The ancestor, womb and childhood and present money blockage HPT excercises helped shift much energy today. But the most dramatic healing came during the fear of success exercise.
At first I did not ‘see anything’ but my torso was twisting from left to right involuntarily then my head joined in left to right but at a different rhythm. Then, I saw a cocoon/pod and on its right side it began to bulge far out, I thought it was me trying to get out, but an entity with 2 heads shot out then flew away. After that I said okay now its my turn to come out, then another entity oozed out the bottom. Okay, where am I? At this time my body and head are still twisting (with hand over heart of course) and I am streaming/releasing tears the whole time. Then there is more buldging of the pod/cocoon and a 3 headed entity burst out and flew right at me and away. Then I saw my real self come out of the pod as a glamourous star walking down a spiral staircase on a huge stage. And as soon as it did my body stopped moving and I was done crying and felt completely happy.
Talk about release.

Hi Rebecca, I came across your website about two months ago, and since thenI come here practically every day. I am married, 63 years old and have to work full time out of necessity for basic needs. Todays new technique for HTP was wonderful and I found myself very relaxed and tingling. Thank you so very much. I have to admit, though, I had to order the transcript and audio since I fell asleep during the Womb Healing. I was awake enough to find the old story and the new story from my Mom (died 2000). What a wonderful class, and thank you so much for doing it, although that “frog” was giving you a hard time! I bet I wasn’t the only one tapping for it from time to time, and I did notice how it got better (but moved to your nose?) through the class, in spite of all the talking! You, and everyone on the class, doing the HPT also shifted things a lot, most certainly!
I will try to come back tomorrow to practice more with this technique, but I find it really exciting to be among the first to get to know it – what if this is the “next” EFT? And in any case, it will greatly improve both my EFT practice and my energy massage!
At this time of night (in Europe), my hands are always cold, but tonight they’re glowing with warm, loving energy! There’s noone here for me to put them on, so I guess I just had to use them to write you this message…

The class was wonderul. I was beginning to wonder if I was getting anything out of the class. The past life and womb exercises brought up no new emotions
But when it cam to stuff in this life the whole of my life to early childhood to now came though with all the crap I bought into from everyone. Will keep on working that clearing there is a lot there.

Great technique! And I am full of new stories now, like that my Mom and Dad felt secure financially when she was carrying me, that they gave me $20 to buy an entire savings bond, not just the stamp, that my business will just keep rolling in (because God brings me my clients, so why would S/He stop?), and that the more successful I am, the more I can farm out work and put other people to work and make them prosperous, too! I just wanted to tell you that I received a powerful bit of knowledge from the ‘Are you Afraid to be Rich’ Teleseminar. I wasn’t able to attend, but listened to the replay, and one woman talked about ‘why should I make more, there’s always someone that’s going to take it anyway’…..Wow! I got very emotional and began crying. Then as I figured out where that came from and tapped along with you some things really came up. So, just to say it does really pay to listen after the fact even.

First… Everything happens for a reason. What I am noticing is that your healing is getting greater and greater. Instead of TAT we are getting something that in my mind is better, stronger and more beneficial.
The other thing I really want people to know is I was a volunteer a few months back and after the session, my life changed. Those of you on the fence, have a huge win/win right in front of you.
Not only can Rebecca make a difference in your life right in front of the entire world, she is gifting you with a huge trade, $25 for any of her training. You can’t lose in this one.

It took me a while to find time for thanking you. But I am so very busy at the moment. Working for… I write it further down.
On the 8th I attended the teleclass “Are you afraid to be rich?”
My situation at the time was.. somehow down.
The story of your volunteer was interesting for me, the second one more a bit of mine. But after the class I made my own story.
It started like this:
when I have something somebody else wants it and takes it.
and ended:
My dad loved to drink mother milk. It was enough there, but how should I know? I was a baby.
Ok, I did some EFT, some Kinesiology and since then it just exploded…
Everything seems just to fall into place. My husband and me are in the process of immigrating to Australia and before all the necessities piled up like a big mountain. Now everything just falls into place.
I found a great website – or better it feels as if the website found me and I get great help from there.
I am still expecting all the money for all the registration fees but on a scale from 1-10 I am on 1. I am sure it will be here in time.
And even my current job is fun again!

I do not know what you mean by Eastern time. I stay current with the TAT steps and I haven’t read anywhere where there has been a major change;

I too was deeply dismayed that instead of being thrilled that a great teacher such as yourself was going to introduce TAT (which I like a lot!) to a bunch of new people who may not have been familiar with it … Tapas has instead ‘shut you down’ until you send her more money to ‘buy’ a certification.
Shame on her. She has certainly dropped more than a few notches in my eyes.
You, however, are the BEST ! Thanks so much for gifting us with this much needed seminar and thanks to Mother Azna as well for coming through when Tapas left us flat!
