Hair is thinning… why?

Dear Mother Azna,
My question to you involves thinning hair on my head.
It’s been thinning over the last 10 yrs or so, but all of a sudden my scalp on top of my head really shows. I’m in good health, my family doctor and dermatologist tell me it’s probably just genes. Somehow I know there has got to be something out there. Hope you can help me.

Dear Mother Azna,
Please tell me if I should continue playing competitive sport with my husband, who has been coaching me for the past 25 years. It is a continual battle with him shouting at me all the time and neither of us enjoying it. But we love each other deeply and I know that if I do get someone else to coach me, it will hurt him terribly.
Please tell me what to do.
