What can we do to assist those people in these areas that are experiencing these cataclysmic tragedies?

1. Send prayers of love and comfort, send energies of peace.
2. Light prayer candles that all those lost find their way to the light.
3. Assist in every physical relief effort as guided. Take whatever physical action that feels right in your heart.
